Aventure 3 comes in 2 sizes to suit most adults:

Typical Rider Height Range by Frame Size
Regular: 4'11" - 5'7"
Large: 5'7" - 6'1"

On STEP-THROUGH models, the only difference between frame sizes is the range of saddle height. There are no other differences between the frame sizes. Riders should choose the frame size with the range of adjustability on the saddle height to suit their leg length. Riders anywhere close to the recommended height range within a few inches can feasibly choose either frame size with no problem. Riders significantly shorter than the height range break and/or with shorter leg length, will want to choose the REGULAR frame size in order to have a low enough range for the saddle height.

Technical Overview

The Aventure 3 ships as a Class II ebike, with pedal assist and throttle. The Aventure 3 will also operate with the throttle unplugged and removed, should you want to ride in an area that only allows Class I ebike or throttles are prohibited. Aventon ebikes are built to the IPX6-rated standard. An IPX6 rating means the bike is protected against high-pressure water streams from any angle. This provides strong water resistance, so you can confidently ride in heavy rain or through puddles and mud. However, IPX6 does not mean waterproof—Aventon ebikes are not designed for full submersion. Avoid using a pressure washer or sprayer to clean your ebike, as pressurized water can still damage components. *Max range determined using PAS 1 on flat terrain with a rider weight of 160 lb.*
