How to order your custom EBC bike:
1) You configure the bike of your dreams on the EBC website (either at home, or in our store where we can assist you in selection options, you can see color samples, etc.)
2) You order your bike directly from EBC on the EBC website specifying that your local dealer is CycleZoo E-Bikes and you want the bike shipped to CycleZoo for you
3) When we receive your bike from EBC we'll unpack, inspect and test it, and we will notify you when it's ready to pick up
4) We can assist with any questions or setup you need, and we'll be available for you for service on your bike in the future
WHY have your EBC bike shipped to CycleZoo E-Bikes, rather than having the bike shipped direct to your home? Well, you get the FREE benefit of us unpacking, packaging disposal, inspecting and doing basic new bike setup/adjustments for you. You also receive the benefit of getting SERVICE after the sale at your local dealer (CycleZoo) rather than having internet-only service available from the manufacturer. It costs you NOTHING EXTRA to have your EBC bike shipped to CycleZoo and you get all of those benefits, so it's a no-brainer!
EBC does NOT charge extra for customization as long as standard colors are selected, plus there are a whole variety of specialty color options available for a nominal charge.
